We know that Gem Harvest is going to be a big deal from the way Peridot freaked out over it back in Catch and Release, and the theory about Last One Out of Beach City is that it's going to be about an evacuation from Beach City in the face of Homeworld's invasion, so what does that make Tiger Philanthropist? The calm before the storm? A misleading title?
The only thing this design tells me is how plain and boring Lapis' design is.

it feels so lonely having watched Steven Universe from the beginning. I hate when faggots talk about how the first season is just filler or that you can skip it. First of all, the first season is some of the most innovative, fun, and engrossing television I've seen in years. And secondly, without it you have no context or emotional attachment to the show at fucking all. It's the first season that makes The Return/Jailbreak so damn good.

With Steven and Connie, she only enclosed their heads, which implies a specific knowledge that its not necessary to contain the kicking and flailing limbs because just containing the head and blocking air will incapacitate and soon kill organics.
Also she must have realised that the ocean falling would create tidal waves that would / might wipe several coastal cities clean. Remember the tsunami of 2004? Think of that, just on amuuuuuch larger scale. But she just didn't give a fuck

I didn't join because of jailbreak, I only started hearing about the show after jailbreak, and there was a lot of buzz about it on the site a frequented at the time. I binged the entirety of the show, and before Jasper's appearance I would have put myself on team Garnet, but at this point I'm pretty firmly in freak territory.
