He's basically a textbook example of the "useful idiot". He's got some interesting ideas like the classes being largely psycho-social infrastructure, but even that's flawed. His interpretation of society is based only on his own middle-class perspective of whatever first-world country he's from. This guy has no idea what the actual world is like, and he doesn't understand just how fundamentally different people are.

His diagnosis of one of the problems facing society (i.e. labor and subsistence-type commodity jobs becoming obsolete in FIRST WORLD COUNTRIES almost exclusively) is halfway right.

He's basically saying that his hipster masterrace friends are creating a utopian post-scarcity society, and that the post-scarcity transition risks causing scarcity, therefore pseudosocialism will cure everything.

This is another utopian idea based off the fundamentally flawed idea that all people are equal in ability and/or somehow virtuous.

Enforced equality can never work because you cannot enforce the impossible.
