BTAS episode Demon's Quest. The way he laughed at the end of part was the stuff of nightmares.
The scene from the Wall which fucked me up was Another Brick In the Wall, when the kids are falling into the meat grinder.
Nightmares for days, and when I got over it I understood why people got freaked out by gore.
I saw that too, though for some reason I remembered it as the two guys staring each other down from opposite ends of the pond before trudging into the water together, with the bubbles soon stopping and maybe the water turning red.
The viruses in ReBoot freaked me out as a kid.
