ITT villians who did nothing wrong

ITT villians who did nothing wrong

...

...

Ofcourse he did nothing wrong, hes just an angsty teen who wants love and help, but is too proud to ask for it. TFW lars is literally me

>being a man in a modern CN show

Wrong enough for the SJWs.

I was Lars in high school and cared too much about everything.

I-It never gets better, does it Lars?

No, it doesnt.
>TFW i wear skinny jeans in my twenties and have a hardon for short chubby girls
Saddie would be my soul mate if she were real.

But the bears are male, and they arent the bad guys.

...

...

...

He was trying to protect the many mystical races from the terror that is the human race. If i were in hellboys shoes id let him erradicate mankind.

...

He did a lot a wrong things.

aodlf hitler

>aodlf

...

Just give me one good looking human guy that isn't a villain of the week, We Bare Bears.

There's already genius Chloe, strong Ranger Lady, all of Panda's love interests that aren't pieces of shit while all the guys are.

>he was trying to protect the many
Horseshit, he got the last forest elemental killed just so he could cry about it getting killed.
Nuada was a bitter asshole who sat back and did nothing for millenia so he could whine about how bad things got. Fuck that guy.
>Stuck on an island for years
>still got trapped in the friendzone because he couldn't man the fuck up and just be open about wanting to fuck her
Ontop of that I'm pretty sure the chick was gay.

>millenia

If i were stuck on an island with someone who didnt want to fuck, after a while if beat them up and tell them theyre full of shit, and then hang myself.

Lars is a douche... and more importantly he's not an accidental douche or a guy who seems like a douche but is really a good guy... no, he's the worst kind of douche - the kind of douche who actually goes out of his way to be a douche.

But he didn't do anything wrong in that episode.

It's one thing to want to bang someone while trapped on an island but the guy had been hiding a life boat the entire time and when it was discovered he tried to destroy it.

>Murdered several of her own people
>Convinced another to sacrifice everything to help cure her illness
>Abandoned him for a total stranger within a matter of days
>Burned down an entire colony full of mostly innocent people
>Tried to murder any of the survivors who weren't part of her select few
>Promptly shoved her chosen ones to the ground as she fled for her life
She's a monster

That doesn't mean he didn't do anything wrong ever.

Hitler didn't really do a lot of bad things between 1933 and 1938, but that doesn't mean he did nothing wrong.

I don't expect any handsome man in San Fran to be good.

even if they were gay...or straight? Also they were only trapped because he was keeping them that way. He hid supplies that could've helped them escape.

>girl traps a person she likes on an island so they'd fall inlove
>forgiven

>guy does the same
>worst guy in the world

How so?

Im not gonna rape them, just take out my frustration through physical violance.

Well, sadie wasnt there with lars for years, a week at the most, and they were good friends and fuck buddies at that point. So its less creepy then a total stranger who you dont even like that much as a person, let alone a partner.

>Not wanting to be perfect

Not him but Lars is kind of a user and does stupid shitty things so people will think he's cool.
If he was just inconsiderate and said rude things it'd be different but he actively does shitty things to his friends.

>Lars is a douche... and more importantly he's not an accidental douche or a guy who seems like a douche but is really a good guy... no, he's the worst kind of douche - the kind of douche who actually goes out of his way to be a douche.
he just seems more like a social retard, not realizing what he does hurts people
every episode involving him seems to make him worse than he was in the last one but he's more than just a guy who progressively gets worse
>"Lars and the Cool Kids"
first episode focusing on Lars, Lars is insecure and wants the cool kids approval. He hates Steven for being able to connect with them, but latches onto Steven to hang out with them. End of the episode he learns to appreciate Steven
>"Joking Victim"
he takes Sadie for granted and lies to her, learns to feel bad about that in the end
>"Island Adventure"
he gets on an island and we learn that he's even more insecure and lonely here
>"Horror Club"
we learn Lars and Ronaldo use to be friends, but he threw away their friendship because he wanted to keep their club house a secret and because he didn't want to be embarrassed. Ronaldo is more of the prick here though, some friend cared more about hunting ghosts than their friend's insecurities. BUT SUGAR WANTS YOU TO THINK LARS IS THE WRONG ONE HERE SO WHATEVER, but you still learn more that Lars is insecure and cares about what people think.
>"The New Lars"
we learn that Lars is even more of a shit person than any of the last. We learn there's really no reason for his angst. He's got a pretty decent life, his parents seem to be the ones that put up with him rather than the other way around, its not hard for people to accept someone that clearly isn't him as him,and they were even pissed at him for not changing despite it not being his fault for being mind swapped, and that Sadie is really the only person the likes him for him (for some reason), this just makes her seem like an enabler really

at the end of the "The New Lars" he seems to learn that how bad he really is, but at least he has Sadie..., but maybe this just makes him appreciate her more and want to be a better person for her
honestly i'd say despite his parents "putting up with him" its defiantly their fault for how he turned out, they clearly never disciplined him

but putting this all together, we see that Lars should be growing into a better person, but will he actually? or will they continue to try to make him a worse person than the last episode because they don't know how relevant he is to Steven's development as a character

Lars could honestly be the most endearing character in the series if they actually try to make episodes when he's trying to be better. i mean who hasn't felt insecure and shat on people that love them without knowing it. difference is we want to be better than this, they aren't putting in the effort to make Lars a better person, just worse than he was in the last

But he learns absolutely nothing from any of those experiences. We see him feel bad about using Steven, using Sadie, abusing Ronaldo, etc... but he just keeps right on doing those things.

seeits cause the writers don't know what to do with the character

actually maybe their is some development for him as a character
it is different people he learns not to take for granted
well, at least Sadie because he's less shit to her after "Joking Victim" and actually hangs out with Steven and Ronaldo in "Horror Club" because she was going too
it'd be more clear he was growing though if he appreciated Steven more if their relationship actually changed instead of staying Spongebob/Squidward lite

If you don't know what to do with a character, you stop writing episodes about them.

I really hope I never get stuck on an island with you.

wait people actually forgave Sadie?

I still think they both were shitty for trapping somebody on an island just to make someone fall in love with them.

I mean if you have to go as far as inducing some kind of stockholm syndrome to get someone to love you, eh maybe you should revaluate yourself

Thats the second time in my life ive been told that.

Fuck that stupid asshole. I bet he would of have eventually raped her

That guy was a monster. He tried to kill kids. I mean kids that are also bears, but still.

...

...

He did EVERYTHING wrong. But at least the show managed to treat him like the scum he is while the rapist is completely ignored in shows like .

Isn't molestation bad?

...

Not when you are pedo.

...

...

Lars isnt a rapist.

Most characters in this thread aren't really villains, maybe antagonists at best if even that

Lars is more like the quatroagonist

Is this a new meme or something?

Lars gets too much hate because he's not a hot girl like the gems.

Turn him into a girl and he's best townie who is learning from her mistakes. And male Sadie is a fag for not wanting to just be friends with benefits.

No, the average person is just very dumb, and there's fuckloads of average people.

...

Then some shitty kid literally steals your body and instead of trying to fix it, he decides to spend the day as you.

>But what if your plan fails?
>...Then I don't care.

He did nothing wrong on the condition that everything went right. He was gambling with genocide as his stake, and all of it was for TWENTY MINUTES??!

...

He did literally everything wrong, though. His premise was flawed from the word go.

I dont remember the episode well, but didn't they go to the right time? I faintly remember Yugo doing something and they both were taken to the time when Ogrest was fucking everything up, but he didn't notice, beat up Yugo, took the thing and used it to reverse only a moment?
I never really understood that but goddammit did I cry

That's true but shutup anyway

...

>Good idea:Unifying your people together in the wake of years of anarchy
>Good Idea:Deposing the incompetent monarch of your nation in favor of a more modern system
Good Idea: Investing resources and time into modernizing your nations infrastructure and making it able to compete with the rest of the world.
Bad Idea:Declaring yourself to be a dictator
Bad Idea:Invading the entire continent because of a combination of delusions of grandeur, mommy issues, misplaced nationalism and an antiquated notion of where borders are.
Bad Idea:Commissioning the creation of weapons of mass destruction forever escalating the scale of any future conflicts.

God I hate Lars and people like him.

>I faintly remember Yugo doing something and they both were taken to the time when Ogrest was fucking everything up
That wasn't the past, Ogrest Chaos was still occurring.

>Invading the entire continent because of a combination of delusions of grandeur, mommy issues
Pretty much this

To be fair they were entirely justified mommy issues. I am still kind of astounded at just how ridiculously awful they made Suyin, considering she's apparently supposed to be a "good guy". Did Bryke just read through Atlas Shrugged for the first time immediately before season 3, or something?

Also what the fuck is this vertification?

No, he's a good guy who does nothing right.

>Did Bryke just read through Atlas Shrugged for the first time immediately before season 3, or something?
I don't see how that is relevant.

>be 48
>have fertile womb
>be a slut and a criminal who rides around knowing she's above the law since her mom's a chief
>fucks her two partners in crime and commits robbery
>permanently disfigure sister's face
>feel victimized for it
>is basically sent on a vacation and has a clean slate paid for her
>meets loving husband who builds and entire city for her, starts clan with him
>have 5 babies
>be successful
>be surrounded by love and family
>be mom's favorite
>never know heartache or rejection
>excuses son from all wrongdoings
>barely feels like Lin has a reason to be mad at her all this time
>gets her way anyway as Lin reconciles with her
>life is good, look amazing because you never feel stress and do yoga all day while your sister spends her time dealing with retarded gangs
>raise adopted daughter
>tell you you are my child when you obviously aren't at family dinners or actually with us as a family ever
>if you were looked at as my real child I wouldn't let you fuck your brother
>refuse to get involved in border conflict for shaky ideological reasons right after a political assassination
>she turns into a genocidal psychopath
>so does my son and he even builds your nuke to help wipe out everyone and helps facilitate your internment camps
>believe my son is blameless in the end and just lost his way
>you will pay for everything you have done however

I haven't watched Korra since it was aired because it is not a series you want to inflict on yourself twice, so my memory might be distorted or I may just be making shit up to cover for the spots that I blanked out and stopped giving a shit. But I remember her city having an idealized objectivist feel to it, a city full of 'better' people, especially with the isolationism and the 'FUCK YOU, GOT MINE' attitude in the fourth season.

>feel victimized for it

>Wow, what the hell, Lin? I've already forgiven myself for permanently scarring your face, so why haven't you? It's time to move on already, geez!

Its hotter when sadies the girl and lars is the slender guy with the tight ass.

What is that thing

>But I remember her city having an idealized objectivist feel to it, a city full of 'better' people, especially with the isolationism and the 'FUCK YOU, GOT MINE' attitude in the fourth season.
But what does that have to do with her being a bad mother?
I only ever read the clif's notes of Atlas Shrugged because that book is heavy enough to bludgeon an elephant and probably better used as such but I don't recall anything about John Galt being a dick to his adopted kid or anything.

I suppose nothing really, it was just two things that made her a shitty person that I tacked together without clarification.

Technically no villain has ever done "nothing" wrong, because at the very least they failed to convince the hero that they aren't evil in some fashion.

How does korra have anything to do with atlas shrugged?

Ozymandias sucedeed! But did nothing wrong... Everyone else's greatest sucess was failing to prevent his master plan, brilliant!

I mean the earth kingdom was always a very independent group of dudes. "Kingdoms" was a better description, it was like if China wasn't unified politically by an empire but still had a roughly common culture that let the various tribes, kingdoms, noble lines, and so on communicate.

he was just a gentle misunderstood teen with bad influences and asshole friends.

What the fuck is his story? Also, why are they called trolls when theyre aliens?

...

...

...

He was a shit artist with a remarkable ability to convince people with his bullshit

Literally a rapist

Id be mad too if everyone forgot about me and i was alone.........

>Worlds were in a good balance
>Kills father
>Tosses the world off balance by attempting to reignite a war
>Causes the extinction of of the forest spirits just for muh war, then acts like it's not his fault

*fur-kin
the animators are kind enough to show them as their true selves

This episode was great because it just drove the point on that a woman is dumb and needs a mans help to solve anything

this desu, it was all the blanket rape ocean

What's a kingdom without a king?

>a mans help

...

pancakes were asking for it. just look how they're dressed.

I keep seeing variations of this image. Is this a refference to something?
