Yes this is the new 2016 series.
And to clear confusion, the Trade you have (Assuming it's the Definitively Dangerous Edition) is Where this new series begins. The only arc that isn't canon is the Ducktales Crossover. Other than that, this series continues where the "DWDDD" Edition leaves off.
