I know the actual diploma is useless unless you go to actual culinary schools like St. Honore or Le Cordon Bleu, but from my chef-lecturers words, its all on how much effort you yourself put into it. Also, my chef-lecturers been going above and beyond for the faculty, spending his own money for classes, doing overtime till 11pm, all for us kids.

Decent results but I got D for Mathematics so that pretty much blew me out for any decent degrees. Hell, couldn't even TESL with results that bad, and teaching English was my first choice!

I guess its true in that you just have to force yourself, push yourself to do it. I put myself out there and I'm not as autistic as I was last year. Heck, with my current direction in life right now, maybe next year I'll get a gf
