Imagine how shitty the internet would be if the Japanese ran it, all pages would have a horizontal scroll instead of vertical
Imagine the fucking chatboxes in video games taking up the entire side of the screen
I though vertical is only used for special occasions?
>Dumb shit
Are there any advantages that vertical writing has over horizontal? I think it'd be a lot more convenient for large structures to have horizontal writing.
The collective stalking activity(as known as collectivity) was at its peak on 5/15/13 and the collective stalker who had appeared when I was walking on route25 standing on the pavement staring at me and said when I glanced at him back that he was monitoring my thought through radio wave commanded by the headquarter of the collective stalking institution supported by the government was sitting on the bench at the park next to my house staring at the window of my bed room when I just woke up at 4:32 am and talked to my head directly through radio wave attack that he had been monitoring my thought through radio wave and he was commanded by the government.
It was obvious that the government was desperately seeking the secret what I had bought at the supermarket near my house on 12/5/11.
It's used for books, newspapers, and for handwriting.
Most digital sites/apps are horizontal.
I demand a vertical Wikipedia doe Mongolian and Japanese
Almost all of books written in Japanese are written vertically. Books like textbooks for STEM fields or ones contain English writings are written horizontally.
Newspapers are written vertically as well. The headlines are only written horizontally.
why are Japse always making posts about Korea?
Not all of us do. Ones with obsession over you do.
Because you country somehow attract our mentally handicapped people.

嗚呼www
Yes. Chinese characters and Hiragana were designed with vertical writing in mind. That's why it's more fly s to write from top to bottom. Also, if you write calligraphy and penmanship.
It's also more comfy to read too to bottom, left to right

>all of those furigana
can't read your own language? :^)
>posters
Actually, only two posters.
One is the hardcore netouyo who often posts photos of zainichi yakuza, Korean prostitutes in Japan, comfort women statues, and Korean criminals in the US as well as daily random Korea bashing threads and Lai Dai Han stuff; and the other is this op, who usually posts "muh East Asian heritage" stuff where Korea is often depicted as a traitor who abandoned Chinese characters.
Thing is, they are on this site 24/7 and are so overrepresented that their posts seem to foreigners to be posted by many Japanese posters, but in reality both are far from normal Japanese posters, who are fed up with these threads as well and are trying to stop them (probably you have seen Japanese posters bickering in Japanese on those threads, right?).
As a French-Canadian who studied Egypt, it all looks Demotic Egyptian (a language before the rise of Coptic) to me.
Do you love Japan?
Do you want to explain why any of those are good things at some point
The kanji written there is one which can be easily read by ordinary people.
I think that it is just written for easy reading.
Yes. :33
so there are no advantages to do so as your glyphs are fucking irrelevant
Do Koreans recognise that Hangul is a plebian script
He is writing it without any meaning.
what Japanese is the best is too funny.
If I am an administrator, I will BAN him but I'm not a janitor, so I have to leave him.
