The whole spirituality thing is something I think everybody feels at one point or another..

It often comes down to question of Guilt and Shame. Doctors can quite often see this but won't confront it because it's simply not their responsibility.

The solution and process of rehabilitation isn't a simple one and I'm not going to tell you that medication can't help but I will say categorically that it can't *Cure* you. Medication only alleviates what they concietedly regard as Symptoms. I say conceitedly because they take these symptoms to support "hypothesese" because there is no definitive, objective position on, so called "mental illness".

The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5®) changes depending on prevailing concencus opinion and I am fucked if I will EVER let another swinging dick or arse chested female try to inform me what the contents of my mind consist of or indicate.

The Truth is any journey out of a suffering state of Mind is going to be tortuous and, depending on the weight of your suffering, very difficult. However, what I know is that getting the approval of people like Ugly will give this task one more fucking obstacle in a sea of obstacles that ALL look like encouragement.

My Mother was diagnosed with Schizophrenia and has spent the rest of her life in the tender mercy's of the Mental Health System. I nearly fell into the trap but I think I was lucky to somehow have been removed from it. Plus I'm not strictly speaking "one of them" which, in these circumstances, allowed me an objectivity that distanced me slightly from the full poison.

Living in Poland I can see how things are similar to how they were in the UK when I was a kid, I guess the problem is it cuts both ways. You get the benefit of living in a society that still has strong traditions but you have to yet to go through the ordeal of getting rid of counter productive taboos.

I still have the problems of being fucked by my family but being able to see things as they are for *me* rather than how they are for some guy who insists *I* must regard them in that way, allows me to better understand and manage my self and the problems I face.
