A socialist who is nationalist is just your standard socialist, but with a nationalistic flavour (patriotism, border control, etc.).
A National Socialist aims to unify the nation by eliminating internal conflict. Private enterprise is permitted, but only if it furthers the interests of the nation. Free healthcare and welfare state is present too, but there is a principle of 'no reward without service'. And of course, National Socialism names the Jew.

He would be given a chance to move to his home country. In a natsoc white country I doubt that any woman would go for a black man. In marxist-liberal countries, where degeneracy is rampant, of course race-mixing with occurs, otherwise not so. Even if he stays, he would not be german in the purest sense, nor seen as. But National Socialism is big on science, and Germany in particular was responsible for many innovations. Their scientists were so good that the US and USSR stole them at the end of the war. >religion Religious freedom, though with an emphasis on the traditional religion of the country in question. >minorities The will of the majority must always prevail. If minorities are of benefit to the nation, they will be tolerated. If not, no tolerance. >economics Autarky is a key concept. The desire to be economically self-sufficient is prevalent in National Socialism. There's not much ideology behind economics, aside from what I said in my previous post. It's very pragmatic. That said, removing the Jews from positions of financial power is something that would have to be done.
Bear in mind that this isn't exact, and it can vary from country to country.

Like I thought, your argument "never" rests upon the assumption that simple things like state boundaries can't be re-drawn, that consitutions can't be ammendmed, that populations can't be manipulated into different percentages and concentrations. All of that is absurd, this is what governments have done since recorded history.
I get that you want to make a probabilistic argument, and we'd probably agree, the odds aren't on our side right now. They weren't on Hitler's side in 1924 either. But saying "impossible" like superficial things can't be changed, is hilarious.

My point is not that state lines can't be redrawn or populations moved, it's that if you put a Texan in New York, he's not a New Yorker, he's still a Texan. And he probably hates New Yorkers.
These regional identities will persist whatever you do, and if you try to eradicate them, you'll meet significant resistance.
But that argument aside, I don't believe Americans would ever accept a totalitarian ideology such as National Socialism. It's too ingrained in your culture to resist 'tyranny'.
