In seriousness, the middle east would be permanently divided. Israel would be able to effectively be a barrier between Europe and the muslim world, the only country able to compete with them would be Turkey.

In essence it'd be a new colonial age, with local muslims being put into boer-style camps or contained onto reservations by the IDF. Railroads (originally laid down by the British and French) would be rebuilt and Jews would be moved in to live around them. Iran probably wouldn't care as their Shias are unharmed, but the sunni world would radicalize and become even more barbaric. Over the decades, Greater Israel would more or less become what Iraq used to be before Islam: a prosperous nation situated between two continents.

It didn't work in Germany. Israel exists as a backup plan as even Hitler himself would have gone for deportation over camps if Israel had existed back then (as opposed to muslim rule over palestine). I feel really conflicted about Israel.

On one hand I support strong Ethnostates, on the other Israel is a constant liability and resource drain, and Jews are too paranoid to not try and engineer humanity's enslavement for no higher goal than gain an insurance they'll never be attacked.

If ALL Jews were to agree to move to Israel (and the Zionists seem to want that) I'd support Greater Israel and consider the kebabs an acceptable loss.
