Given the huge amount of Americans willing to put themselves into insurmountable debt for a useless degree, I'd suggest that enrollment in or graduation from college is hardly a worthwhile metric for overall intelligence.
Moreover, as college and university don't have a minimum intelligence requiremnt to attend, nor does 100% of the population apply to attend, you're skewing your data pool.
Of course, since the skew is in a direction you find favorable to your beliefs, you have no problem accommodating it.
