Black women and white men have equal rights. There is nothing to fix. Equality means everyone has equal rights, it DOES NOT guarantee equal outcomes.

Teach them to work in better paying places. How many white male construction workers do you see in comparison to black females? You have to earn the dollar.

Black women only worked 60% as hard as white men.

Therefore black women only get 60% of a white man's pay.

Make black women work harder and be better at their jobs, and they will get paid more.

Because on average those who have lower IQ produce and earn less and commit far more violent crime whereas those who have higher IQ on average earn more and produce more (contributing more to society) and commit far less violent crimes. Without looking at IQ's as being the main cause for the shortcomings of low IQ groups, then those who have higher IQ and build society/civilization will be blamed for the shortcomings of those who have lower IQ and therefore contribute far less. We already see this with white privilege/guilt, male privilege/guilt, etc. Whites earn more money on average because they have a higher IQ so many lower IQ groups blame them for being successful because of an imaginary white privilege.

White people are privileged because they have beauty and brains.
So the obvious solution to white privilege is to tattoo all white people with black-face, and to preform neurosurgery that removes 20% of their brain, especially in the prefrontal cortex, and they should be given daily supplements of testosterone to make them equally aggressive as blacks. Only when this is done will white people be able to escape their privilege. LOL!

The way the system is set up is that more kids = more money, so for the "career" welfare parasite, they maximise their income by having 13 kids (that they obviously don't raise correctly or supervise).

I work on a factory. There is a black woman on my shift. Her 15 minute breaks are all 30 minutes long, and she leaves the floor for 3-5 additional bathroom breaks daily. She has even lost tools which could end up in product for all we know. She'll just walk away from the production line to get a drink when she sees a problem.

As break person, I tried recording her breaks accurately, and she just wrote over the times to make her breaks seem shorter. I've told the supervisor, and he's even seen her missing from the line. She's late to every meeting at the shift start, and the first person out of the door at shift end.

I wish she made 60 cents to my dollar, but she makes as much as I do. I got the job based on college education, she was promoted from within from a cleaning position.

Equality would be her ass getting fired 3 months ago.
