Any kind of daycare or kindergarten, is a bitch if not impossible to find. Even if you have all those mother/fatherhood laws, if you leave your job for longer than 1 year, forget about ever getting a promotion again.

There also is the problem that women in a "kid friendly age bracket", won't get considered for any important job. You are not allowed to ask if they are pregnant, even during their interview (and if you do, they are allowed to lie about it), and you are "never" allowed to fire a pregnant women.
