These are public institutions, getting billions from their respective states, and even more from the government for doing research. The state provides high school, roads, etc 'for free'. Yes water and gas cost money, but they don't cost 30k+ a year, do they?

Truth is the taxpayer already pays for these universities as they're public. What did you think 'ohio STATE', 'florida STATE', 'university of CALIFORNIA' meant you fucking retards? They are literally government owned. But instead of investing in education and cutting frivolous costs they spend the money on billion dollar niggerball stadiums and pay raises for useless managers and administrative staff instead of the educational aspect of the university.

These institutions HAVE the money to cover everyone's tuition. They don't because they know they can charge more and keep building useless niggaball arenas and the state will keep giving them money and they can keep hiking tuition with no consequences.

You keep cucking for them and talking about 'entitlements', ok. All you're doing is paying for some useless middle manager's 300k a year sinecure to 'promote diversity initiatives'.

Cut the fucking sports, stop paying the university presidents 5 million a year, and run them for the public good, like everything else, and they can easily be 'free' or damn well close to it, a couple grand a year max. There is no fucking reason a public institution, which is supposed to be for the public good, costs 30k+ a year for in state tuition and room and board when they're already getting wheelbarrows of money from the fucking government every year.

Because it would be unethical to force the professors to reach for no wages, not even give them food, and when they succumb to starvation go out and enslave more professors. Also, we'd burn through the pool of potential professors pretty quickly.

Any other system is going to cost some amount of money, and therefore cannot possibly be free, though it is possible to utilize laws to force somebody else to pay for your tuition, or to fool you into not noticing that you are paying it. Is that maybe what you meant?

Plus anybody can educate themselves on their own if they truly wanted to. Go to a fucking library often and you can get an education on par with a history degree

The second amendment isn't to arm the populace against the government. If you read the constitution you should read the section on the powers afforded to congress, where one of the powers is to call the militia (mentioned in the second amendment) to 'suppress insurrections'.

The second amendment is actually there to cement the government's rule and prevent any rebellion from happening. Explain where it says personal firearm ownership, of the arbitrary technical specifications and firepower of your choosing, should be guaranteed?

Also, freedom of speech and all the other rights in the bill of rights did NOT apply to states until gitlow vs new york and incorporation. Speech was restricted most of the time, ever since the inception of the country, (until the gitlow ruling) and I would argue that speech is a more fundamental right than owning the gun of your choice

There should be a college network for schools that specify in medicine, mathematics, physics, engineering and education. And they should be very lucrative, competetive schools

All other degrees should be thrown out and people have to study and gain prestige in these fields on their own. Im talking about information based fields where any person with internet access can become an expert in.

We dont need a government subsidized plantation system where we get taxed out the ass for retards to take 6 years to finish a worthless and expensive communications or gender studies degree so they can come out of college poorer and dumber than when they went in.

Id rather have gun ownership still be legal but gun laws to be strict.
