Reddit Argument

"I am an [x] but I [negate] of what [x] does

> I am a muslim but I disapprove of fatwas and violent jihads.

> I am a Christian but I got an abortion and did not feel bad doing so.

Why does reddit argue this way?

Its as if somone can actually verify who they are on the internet.

Its as if the paradox gives strength to their argument.

Because they think they're Muslims, they're clearly not Muslims if they cherrypick parts of the Quran to worship and wear those stupid ass towels on their heads.

They are the epitome of anecdotal evidence.

>that's nor true at all, I've met an [x] who does shit for dicks and basically, you're retarded
Anecdotal evidence is their repertoire, they exceed at it

>Why does reddit argue this way?
user, i have news for you...

Because they have the mind of a child and see the world in black and white 100%.

> I am a Christian but I got an abortion and did not feel bad doing so.

literally nothing wrong with this unless you're a (((Catholic)))

I'm a professor in logic and debate and I approve of poor logic and debate practice

Wow thanks for the gold good sirs

>tfw the Boomers did this just so they could remain superior even as they enter senility

I am gay but I disapprove of OPs faggotry

their only strength is the group/collectivism
can't look at themselves objectively and say anything is wrong either

no escape

there's a lot wrong from all sort of directions regardless of religion
