Houses are so expensive that the big cities are becoming like Manhattan: young people come for a while, but move out when it's time to start a family. The Bay Area is turning Asian, LA is Latino, with small pockets of whites. Once a neighborhood turns, whites no longer move there, so it slowly becomes less and less white (see e.g. Cupertino in the Bay Area, which is 2/3 Asian overall but 90%+ Asian in its schools). Once a school district turns Asian, you get tiger moms, cheating scandals, and overall psychotic behavior. Once it turns Latino, you get crime and decay.
Most people are SJWs, although whites are often based. There was a last gasp attempt in the 90s to keep the state civilized, but prop 187 was struck down by the liberal courts and the browning accelerated.
