The movie's use of such an overused song such as "spirit in the sky" says all you need to know about it.

the brothers just ran a burger shop but kroc founded the idea of mcdonalds as we know it today

Oh my friend...

-stomps hand on table, looks at camera-

A lot...
at McDonalds

*credits roll*

He just franchised it further than they did. They were interested in maintaining quality control and he was interested in mass expansion. All he did was steal their business model and expand its reach.

dude krochs RULE. fuck you for hating on him because he was asian, seriously gross man, for real

I cannot think of any better opinion.

It was... Alright indeed.
Watched it on the plane. Expected nothing much out of it, got something alright.

have you forgotten to take your meds today or something?

It might actually work. Sanders was a hard ass motherfucker for most of his life.

The music for this film was fucking shit. It sounded like it was made for some cornball hallmark movie and they just pasted it over this. It couldn't capture the tone at all and there were multiple scenes where I felt like I should be feeling one thing but the music was implying a COMPLETELY different emotion/mood. I've never felt this to this extent or this frequently in the past about movies. It was borderline surreal.

But yeah, Keaton did good and overall it was enjoyable. But it certainly could have been done a lot better.

Imagine ending your career playing the main role in a corporate shill kino.

Is that the Napoleon Dynamite song that they decided to play over and over? I feel like that segment where they were showing how they put burgers together lasted half the fucking movie.

Yeah and I'm the Dalai Lame, eh get fucked.

>see this on jewflix
>think it's one of those ruthless businessman fucking people to create an empire flicks
>it's actually a feel good mcdonalds propaganda
That was cringey.

>It's time for the weekly The Founder thread again.

>Kroc has a problem
>person shows up in same scene that can fix his problem

Otherwise it was a solid watch, Keaton is so based.
