I agree. Historically, Asian cultures would intermittently have massive explosions of new societal growth and new technology followed by periods of stagnation. On the other hand, white societies advance a slower pace, but more consistently. I remember reading somewhere that, although Asians score higher in overall intelligence, Europeans tend to score higher in creative intelligence. This explains a lot of the trends between the two races.
Also, I wonder how much nature vs nurture play a role in the differences between the two. White civilizations have all declined on their basic moral principles, where Asians tend to live in more structured environments with a lot of their traditional cultural values still intact.
