Woodrow Wilson was AWFUL, and FDR wasn't the greatest either, but he was much better than Carter or Lyndon Johnson, which both sucked pretty badly (he at least approved the development of the a-bomb). Not even going to bother with Andrew Johnson on this one, despite his shitty reconstruction policy ideas.
Obama hasn't done as much to fuck the US up in a bad way like Wilson (WWI involvement) or Carter (DOE, SALT, Panama Canal treaties, etc) did by destroying its ability to project force externally. But, Obama has made the country a shithole internally, which is why I include him among the worst.
