>>Launchpad is a dumb jock he was never smart though, come on
Hunter Kelly
Hi I'm Launchpad I'm everyone's friend!
Chase Campbell
>getting this mad over a children's cartoon Grow up. Watch the original then.
Joshua Carter
None of these things would be a problem if the adventure was actually good and they used the airtime more efficiently (more jokes/gags/content within the allotted time, more efficient storytelling). It just feels slow, and not slow in a good world-building way, just slow.
Doesn't hold up to Rick and Morty, the pilot episodes of Gravity Falls, the original episodes of Adventure Time, etc. Even Be Cool Scooby Doo was more fun.
Camden Clark
>Donald looks like he wants to kill himself Why wouldn't he? He has to spend time watching over the little shits like a cuck when he could be doing sailor things in the navy.
Carson Watson
Sup Forums is fundamentally broken due to you tourists

Hunter Myers
Sounds like they've one closer to comics, especially Don Rosa/Carl Barks.
Carson Hall

Welcome to Current Year +2
Cooper Clark
Did you even read the comics? >The nephews are bumbling fools Nah. They usually save the day by consulting the Junior Woodchucks guidebook >Scrooge is an angry old man who hates everyone This one is sorta correct, but in the comics he's only an angry old man on the outside >Launchpad is a dumb jock Wasn't in the comics >The female characters are all constantly solving all the problems >Entire segments of the show has the female characters sitting the male characters down and femalesplaining to them >Women save the day The female characters in Barks/Rosa comics are mostly sidekicks and don't really go on adventures with the guys. In the non-adventure comics characters like Daisy Duck are pretty much what /r9k/'s idea of what women are (illogical, man-hating, feminist etc.)
Carter Ward
>Scrooge is an angry old man who hates everyone >Donald looks like he wants to kill himself What's wrong with that?

Nathaniel Foster
>Scrooge is an angry old man who hates everyone
That's kinda what Scrooge is, though. Making him too nice doesn't really do him justice.
Benjamin Nelson

Read the first Scrooge comic ever, his whole character is very similar to Dickens Scrooge.
Also related to this, but why did Walt Disney Animation Studios never make a big budget Scrooge movie?
Jace Foster
Scrooge was never a very popular character in the US. He is most popular in Europe, especially Italy.
Ryder Lewis
>short >angry >lazy >likes to eat and sleep AYO GABAHGOOL OVAH HEEE
Isaiah Clark
>>The female characters are all constantly solving all the problems >>Entire segments of the show has the female characters sitting the male characters down and femalesplaining to them >>Women save the day Wait, I remember this female duckgirl who was kinda smart in the original series, always outsmarting the duckboys and whatnot.
Joseph Thompson
I recall he is big in South America and Asia as well and indeed huge in Europe, not only Italy but he's the most popular fictitious character of Scandinavia, he's basically only lacking in popularity in the US, but that wouldn't be too much of a limitation in my opinion
Xavier Miller
Italians have their own origin story for Scrooge.
David Morgan
Americans don't like the duck comics. They only like Mickey Mouse
Jackson Ortiz
Boohoo. You'll be dead by the time they grow up anyway.
Jace Williams
women have always played the straight man in cartoons and sitcoms you alt right cry baby
Aiden Baker

DROPPPPPEDDDDD
Brayden Morales
South american here
Donald was always more popular here than Mickey. Scrooge McDuck is a fan favorite too.
Fuck this new show
Samuel Adams
Those Don Rosa books about Scrooge's life was just the greatest thing.
Blake Russell
>here That's universal. Donald actually has character. The Mouse is more of a brand.
Sebastian Clark
I seriously wish a talented studio would animate the Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck, but that's never happening in today's industry
Blake Ramirez
Goofy too when he's in his regular life like the movies. Mickey is generic trash. Donald overall has better cartoons and character.
Henry Rivera
>it's a kids cartoon, so it should be devoid of all criticism!!! Kill yourself idiot
Dylan Bell
>criticizing a kids cartoon Kill yourself, manchild.
