Objectively no. A great comedy is a film that tells a story through a series of comedic scenes and funny moments. This film has no story, or at least not one that is memorable enough to be remembered. Kung Pow is a series of funny scenes that exist independently in the consciousness of the viewer. They don't build off or even connect with one another like you would see in a great comedy.
