HOW BIG IS Sup Forums'S TELEVISION SET? CAN YOU APPRECIATE KINO ON A TINY LAPTOPP SCREEN?

>he still watches his kino on his laptop

Please tell me you don't do this, Sup Forums.

4K TV's are cheap now. Why don't you have at least a 1080p 50 inch TV by now?

All TV owners, report in with pics and your TV size.

58 inches but ever since getting it i just watch porn

literally haven't watched a movie in months

>tlc

14 inch CRT master race

Does anyone own this TV? It's $399 at Best Buy this week. Is it shit?

>58 inches

this is highly suspect

TCL made the best budget TV this year but quality control is hit and miss. It's a good deal but you may have to return it once or twice before you get a good set without issues.

yeah its 55 nvm

50” 4k Panasonic

It's a good set if you look at the AVS forums. Nothing spectacular, but it works. They are prepping their 2018 models which is why there's such a big price drop. I would wait unless you need a TV right now.

>multi monitor setup composed of a whole bunch of shitty monitors so there's lines breaking up the image every few inches

I have a low twenty inch monitor.
I download 480x272 resolution television series :^)
pic related, the good place

I'm so glad I am not you.

i put it full screen so it looks better

>better

you are worse than a yifyfag

>He doesnt browse the chan on his 85" Chad-tier pussy wetting device

...

noice

>windows 7

I have some of those thing but its certainly not a mess. My apartment is quite spartan.

>Not knowing that Windows 10 is basically just a personal info and private file gathering platform

Good goyim.

What will you do when Windows 7 stops getting security updates in 2 years?

wanker detected!

I won a 55" tv but I have no where to put it. Shits too big ended up just returning it to best buy for a gift certificate instead Kinda bummed too because that new 55" TCL sounds like the only decent tv in my price range and it's way too big. Sure I could spend around the same amount or a bit more for a smaller TV that's about the same quality but it's really hard to justify that.

>I won a 55" tv

tell the story

>he thinks windows 7 isn't botnet
L_M_A_O

Just bought a cheap used 47" 1080 tv, because i admittedly have been to lazy to connect my laptop to my projector/analog sound setup (had some issues with sound etc), and i ended up watching most of my movies on my 22" pc monitor.

I'm gonna buy a 4k 55" at one point, but atm i don't feel like theres close to enough 4K content for any sort of rush. Maybe ill consider going for it if i start console gaming in 4K, but meh, till then

malware bytes or norton

>85"
>anything less than 110"

P L E B

Is this the buyers remorse thread?

The dream

Any LED projectors that get decent resolutions?

I really just want high quality picture that I can aim at the ceiling without bricking the damn projector

In my house, we only have one operating TV and it is a 1920x1080 Panasonic TV from 2009. The screen size is approximately 36 inches. Looking to get an upgrade soon as there are dead pixels at the top of the screen.

>What will you do when Windows 7 stops getting security updates in 2 years?

I've never updated windows 7 at all lmao.

Im not sure. At the time I was shopping for one this projector was the best cost:quality. BenQw1070, 1080p 3D ready, up to 235" and I was honestly surprised with the picture quality. My walls are painted black and upon turning on the projector- before building a screen- you could actually make out the picture perfectly. It looks great on a homeade screen.

Also the specs say the bulb is good for 6500 hours but ive used it at least 10k or more the last time I had checked and its still going.

>102cm 4k
Someone convert it to yank unit

>still going.
I think 6500 hours lifespan is more because after a while the bulbs light starts getting shit and makes the image look bad.

>WordArt comic sans and will smith
wellmemed.mkv

it was just the first picture i saw on google images, trying to show my point

I have a 40" 1080p 60Hz telly, not amazing but a big upgrade from my old 28" HD-ready set. Got it for £160. It's plenty big enough for me in my room playing PS4 and watching movies/television. Probably won't upgrade to 4K for many years, much more interested in game developers getting a high steady framerate

Sony BRAVIA X850D 65” 4K tv

49" 4k LG

34" inches I think.

It's a Sony Triniton CRT TV I use for playing NES and PS1 games and it's not connected to any sort of TV network. Haven't sad down and watched TV on a TV for like 6 years now.

27" in my room
50" in lounge room

nice picture

no

50" Sony Bravia
I went for low input lag over 4k since I wouldn't be able to see the difference at this distance anyway

>watching it on anything other than hd crt or plasma
So this is why underages can't tell black from gray.

I have a 4k 65 inch kinometer.

Lol, obese posters. Jerk off enough today?
Only respectable setup.

34" ultrawide, the bulb in my TV went out

>bulb in my TV

lol

waiting for black Friday to buy a 4k tv

>4k
watches anime that is 720p

This unironically desu

I've got a 55inch 1080p. I'm happy with it. I likely won't upgrade till it does. The only annoying part is that it only has 2 hdmi ports.

Is that grey frame part of your animu or part of the telly?

Not him but I work sales and every quarterly banquet they give away a tv or Xbox or switch or iPad and shit, we've always got nice give aways depending on how successful our quarter was

I use VR, so it's as big as i want it to be.

Dies^

gear vr?

What kind of interior decorating is this?

Sony VPL-VW350ES 4K projection system in our media room with a 120 inch screen. LG 65-Inch 4K Ultra HD Smart OLED TV in the den / bar area for watching sports. 56 inch Vizio 1080 smart TV's in every bedroom that really need to be replaced because we bought them when we moved in 4 years ago and they don't even play Netflix or YouTube anymore so we had to get fire sticks that are trash, 18 inch flat in the master bathroom wall, 36 inch 720 flat piece of shit in the garage I have turned on maybe three times when I was building shit on Christmas Eve for the kids and drunk watching Christmas Vacation on it, a myriad of laptops tablets and phones, and my PC with two 27 inch flat monitors. Christ almighty I never realized how many screens we have in our house until now.

49 inch 4k Sony bravia. €700.
It's nice.

Actually I watch the 4k TV display videos they have on YouTube. So there.

>Watching kino on 720p without bro's or gf.

kek. Sounds sucide inducing.

Rich normie pls trade life with me

15 inch laptop

Your shitter tv is the same size as the one I watch criterion blurays on.

You only need one port to go to the receiver

>falling for the 4k meme

32" 720p masterace here

I watch everything on my Nexus 7 tablet.

Honestly if you're not sitting far away then a quality 32" TV is all you need. And you save money and don't look like a normalfag trying to compensate.

Is there any real reason not to get 4k? I needed a new tv and the price dropped on 4k, why not get it?

You have to sit far away so you have more room for activities between your seating area and the TV.

100' 720p projector and screen

only thing that utilizes it is capeshit

>Is there any real reason not to get 4k?

No. There's no reason to buy 1080p this year. Everything is dropping.

>all these screenfags
Screen size isn't everything, as long as you have the appropriate size relative to the viewing distance, room size and a high enough resolution you're good.

A decent sound system is half of the experience. I see people spending 1000$+ on TV's and literally nothing on the sound all the time, watching films with the atrocious integrated TV speakers.
A proper sound system setup will change your viewing experience far more than a "bigger brighter" screen. And if you do a bit of research on proper acoustic treatment and placement you'll finally have a true kino room.

>mfw I'm still running XP___

43'' Samsung 1080p

It's not bad.

enjoy your rootkits

>43''

lol is this 2004?

>go home with hot milf I met at the bar
>full on hand stuff and making out in the cab so I know for sure I'm fucking her when we get to her house
>we walk in and start stripping right there, I'm sucking on her tits and she's moaning and rubbing my cock on her couch
>look up and notice she has a CRT TV
>start giggling and say "is that really your TV?"
>she gets all taken aback and is like "uh... yeah."
>I start laughing and say "it must be almost as old as you are!"
>she gets all offended and tells me I should leave and it's really awkward
>call a cab and am waiting on her porch
>realize I lost my wallet
>have to knock on her door and ask if she has seen my wallet
>can tell she's been crying
>it's not there so I have to ask her for cab fare
>as she goes through her purse I tell her she should really consider upgrading her TV
>she throws the money at me and tells me to go wait back on the porch
>find my wallet in my coat pocket when I get home

I have autism don't I?

>owning a tv
Invest in some quality monitors instead

Or you could not be a poor basement dwelling piece of shit and have both.

Yeah I'm gonna watch a movie with my date at my desk. Really gets her wet when she has to sit there like a coworker checking out a YouTube video.

I just spent 3500€ for 65" samsung qled and soundbar. I didnt even need this and am considerin returning it.

Because I want OLED HDR in at least 50 inches. That is still too expensive

>he seriously fell for the 4k standard LED meme.

enjoy your garbage colors

>date
What did he mean by this?

>qled and soundbar

Went to some event related to job. They had a little drawing where you put your business card in a box. Mine got picked. Not a particularly extraordinary story but I got a $700 tv out of it so I was pretty happy.

65" LG 1080P Roku TV

At the distance I view the TV 4K wouldn't make a difference.

My sister's husband owns a shipping company and he gets me Tv's and shit that "fell off the trucks" all the time. I got two 56 inch 4K Tv's this past year that way, a new laptop and tablet too.

>tfw he accidentally got an extra four wheeler in a shipment and after they didn't call about it for a month he just took it home and we ride it around while we go out hitting golf balls and shooting on his land
