Twin Peaks. It's not just that it's completely kino - the fact that it surpassed expectations when there was so much hype surrounding it is also a factor. There's nothing like it, and there won't ever be anything like it.

I hate to be a piss scented normie but these last few episodes of GoT have been phenomenal enough to make it possibly the best of the year.

I also want to say The Americans but this season was not as good as usual.

In the end for me it is between GoT, Preacher, Dark Matter, Leftovers, and Taboo. With GoT inching past Leftovers for teh win.
