Why did World War II happen?

What reasonable excuse did Germany have to invade all of there neigbors, causing millions of combatant deaths. And for what reason would you fight this war that you are massively outnumbered and will obviously lose?

because the jews were all going to attack at once and hitler simply HAD to invade a dozen different countries, in self defense!

secure the existence of their people and a future for white children

Revenge

/thread

Basically the Germans resented everyone for the humiliation of WW1 and the lost of most of their empire.

Hitler was a too childish and stubborn to realize Germany lost a war and should give up.

The us didn't enter until we knew we would win, and secure the spot as the world power. That's what ked to the cold war. Cause millions of ruskis died while we remained isolationist.

Because niggers and jews exist

t. Justin "trou d'eau" Cucknuts

Germany was getting pretty fucked by the dreparatioms from the war and was basically on the brink of collapse. Hitler did do amazingly well at getting the economy moving but he made several catastrophic mistakes in the war.

Reparations*

retaking land that was stolen from them at the treaty of Versailles and saving the thousands of ethnic Germans that were abused and ind in danger in surrounding countries. If the jews didnt fuck Germnay at Versailles there wouldnt have been a ww2.

because hitler wanted to gas 6 million Jews in the oven and brave American heroes had to put a stop to his evil plans . didn't you learn anything in school ?

...

Germany declared war on Pooland, because they were massacring native Germans in Danzig.

Everyone else declared war on Germany as a result. There were also a few minor countries like Belgium or whatever that were occupied for strategic reasons.

oi

Germany stopped paying reparations in 1932. And hitler only fixed the economy by drafting the unemployed and weapons and ammunition production. Not a stable solution unless you're planning on invading and looting your neighbors.

declare war on poland to return german people to germany.
france/england declare war on germany.
invade france to try and end the war since england/france refuse any/all peace offers.
churchill decides to be a cunt at his countrymen's expense forcing them to fight a pointless war they could of easily peaced out of.
invade yugoslavia/greece because england is going to use it as a base to invade germany.
invade soviet union because you don't build 40,000 tanks to not invade europe and spread glorious communism.

What if the WWII never happened?

Really makes you think huh?

>Germany declared war on Pooland, because they were massacring native Germans in Danzig.

just because Hitler said that was the reason, doesn't mean it's the actual reason. you don't think it's much more likely that they just wanted their land back? you'd actually take hitler's word for it than think about it rationally and consider all the evidence that has been available for the last 70 years?

>Everyone else declared war on Germany as a result. There were also a few minor countries like Belgium or whatever that were occupied for strategic reasons.

not really. the actual war over europe wouldn't start until 2 years later when hitler invaded the USSR with no war declaration. the USA wouldn't be involved until even later. it was only the UK and France who declared war on Germany over Poland.

winston churchill started wwII in 1927

There was a large polish minority in weimar Germany. Does that mean that Poland had the right to invade Germany?

Winston Churchill: "We will force this war upon Hitler, if he wants it or not." - Winston Churchill (1936 broadcast)
"Germany becomes to powerful. We have to crush it." - Winston Churchill (November 1936 to US-General Robert E. Wood)

"Germanys unforgivable crime before WW2 was its attempt to loosen its economy out of the world trade system and to build up an own exchange system from which the world-finance couldnt profit anymore. ...We butchered the wrong pig." - Winston Churchill, The Second World War (Book by Winston Churchill, Bern, 1960) [Amazon]

"The war wasnt only about abolishing fascism, but to conquer sales markets. We could have, if we had intended so, prevented this war from breaking out without doing one shot, but we didn't want to." - Winston Churchill to Truman (Fultun, USA March 1946)

"Should Germany merchandise again in the next 50 years we have led this war (WW1) in vain." - Winston Churchill in Times (1919)

"This war is an English war and its goal is the destruction of Germany." - Winston Churchill (Autumn 1939 broadcast)

ROT IN HELL ZOG ENABLER

Germanic pagan hate for greek-roman culture. That's the core of Germany's pointless slaughter. Pure pagan hate

This wouldn't have mattered if Germany didn't launch a unprovoked war of Agression against Poland, eh?

Harsh terms of WW1 armistice

That's a popular misconception, he put people to work in massive public works projects like the autobahn, the war economy didn't start until later

Germany invaded the USSR because the Soviets were massing their armies for a massive invasion of Europe. German aerial reconnaissance planes saw and took pictures of the planned invasion which you can find on Google.

It's all about the money germany was made to pay after world war one... I am glad that what you took from my previous post, was summed up in one dumb pointless question/statement.
That's not an argument by the way...

You do know that Winston Churchill was not prime minister until 1940, correct? He wasn't the one making decisions.

I'd say that the Allied powers were very lenient to Germany's aggression. This especially shows in the Czech crisis.

Globalst Jews

Are you saying that Nazi Germany was actually controlled by Jews, and the Jews told Germany to declare war against the whole world?

In Europe:

Germany was a population with the potential to become a superpower, however they didn't have the resources within their borders to achieve this so they gambled and sought to expand their borders. Also they were massively embittered by Versailles, so there was personal revenge aspect as well.

It turned into a world war because France and the UK didn't want the Germans to control the resources of the European mainland and become a superpower. The US was pulled in because of it's deep economic relationship with the UK. The US also saw the war and the UK's desperation for help as an opportunity to rouse the UK (and all European powers) from the American Hemisphere, something it had been seeking to do since the Monroe Presidency.

In the Pacific:

Not all that different from Europe. Japan had a population that was capable of becoming a superpower, but did not have the resources to do so within it's borders. They sought to expand those borders. The problem is they eventually expanded so much that they began to impede on the USA's power in the region which led to the US oil embargo on Japan. Without the USA's oil Japan was forced to either give up their superpower ambitions or attack SE Asia and the SW pacific and take the war resources for themselves. Knowing this resource grab would inevitably spark a war with the US, they tried to put the US out of action at the same time as they went for the resources.

Look at the world today
Hitler was right

Finally someone who understands how WWII happened.

Germany didn't start a war on multiple fronts for some retarded reason: as soon as it declared war on Poland, France and Britain declared war and opened up the other fronts.

Germany also didn't attack Russia due to impatience, but because Russia was starting to mass troops towards German territory, and it would have been idiotic to wait until Russia attacked first.

Yeah bullshit there was no buildup or anything before

again, that's what hitler said. "find it on google" isn't an argument.

No, Hitler invaded because he thought if he knocked the Soviets out of the war the British would be forced to surrender. He thought the only reason the British continued to fight is that they thought the Soviets would save them.

As for the possibility of an invasion, the potential was there, but it sure as hell wasn't going to happen the summer of '41. The Soviets were taken completely off guard.

That said, the possibility of an invasion by the Soviets a year or two later after the Germans and British weakened each other further was there.

The more I read about WWII, the more it appears that a lot of what happened during the conflict was improvised. Everyone was making things up as it went along. Hitler really didn't intend to invade the Soviets until he steamrolled over France. That changed everything. The Japanese were even thinking of stopping the war in China before that happened.

>Germany invaded the USSR because the Soviets were massing their armies for a massive invasion of Europe.

The Soviets were massing their armies BECAUSE Germany was going to invade, not the other way around. Idiot.

>Germany also didn't attack Russia due to impatience, but because Russia was starting to mass troops towards German territory

Russia was massing troops BECAUSE Germany was going to invade, not the other way around.
