Wild at Heart is kino as fuck alright, but it isn't the best strictly Nicolas Cage kino, he's somewhat restrained in it.

However, OP asked for "Nic Cage Kino". While the movie sucks donkey dick, Nicolas Cage got to unleash all of his madness and billiance in it. At one point he chases a girl through the woods dressed like Pedobear.
