China would be one of the biggest losers in the case of a conflict, as South Korea and Japan are two of it's biggest trading partners and as such, a war between them would probably crash the Chinese economy.
North Korea would probably win the most with the US stuck between the warring countries, possibly opening up a way to try to conquer the weakened South Korea.
