Yeah, why not? It's just food. It doesn't matter what you eat as long as you don't eat too much. The only reason why "unhealthy" food can be considered to be bad for you is because you need to eat so much of it to get all the nutrients you need

Transfats are bad. But transfats are basically rare in the food industry, at least here in Europe.
Good fats are:
Saturated fats (animal fats, palm/coconut oil).
Omega 3 (fish, nuts).
Omega 6 (soy/corn/sun flower oil).
Omega 9 (Olive oil).

No. I fast all day, then I eat a big bowl of greek yogurt with raw flax seeds, raw almonds, coconut oil, shredded unsweetened coconut, raw sunflower seeds, raw pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hulled hemp, wheat bran, cocoa powder, spanish peanuts, walnuts, pecans, then flavor with cinnamon, raw unfiltered honey and stevia. I also add an inulin supplement. I often add various berries or berry preserves. I'll usually finish the night with a low-carb, high fiber wrap with spinach, cheeses, egg and mustard.
Occasionally I'll indulge in various fish and meats, but usually that's on weekends. During the work week, I stick to my routine. I also take some vitamins, herbal supplements and a probiotic daily.
Changing my diet repaired my vision, helped my sleep schedule (lots of vivid dreams, now) and got rid of my acne.
I do still drink lots of coffee, because I feel the benefits outweigh cons (hence increased life expectancy). Caffeine stimulates mitochondrial function, which paired with fasting, helps burn fat as fuel. It is also a rich source of antioxidants, something many people lack in their diets.
Best part, is I get everything far cheaper than I had been able to eat unhealthy for. Supplements are ordered online, and winco stocks most of the other items for between 50 cents to a few dollars per pound.

Just eat food that gives you what you need to begin with.
There are no "clean" and "dirty" foods.
Your body doesn't differentiate between fats, protein and carbs from a burger and fats, protein and carbs from broccoli and boiled chicken. It's all the same.
As far as body composition (aka how you look) goes it doesn't really matter what you eat. You can hit your macronutrient requirements eating pizza and ice cream. Or you could do the same by eating steamed vegetables and chicken
As far as being healthy goes it's not recommended to eat processed food because they have other shit in them, namely chemicals and preservatives that will harm you in the long run.

Strangely enough, I've been on Nofap for the past week, and decided to cut out all carbonated beverages. I haven't been eating very much, and have gone for a day or two with absolutely nothing. I don't feel pressured to eat. Some might say NoFap is a meme, but I think it raises your testosterone and leaves you in "fuck" mode more often, rather than rest/digest mode.
