Given no other knowledge about the candidates, I think it's the way to go.
In Colorado they send out a blue book with a breakdown of all the issues and all the candidates. When I looked it up here I only saw the one issue, and I knew the Senate primary was happening. I thought everything else would be on the November ballot.
