Who the fuck cares, being white does not make your worthy of living. Regardless of your race, you will have to work pretty hard to earn yourself a place to the Pantheon of greatness. Now we can agree that whites may have certain predispositions or that other races have some sort of handicap, but then again: those are means, statistical anomalies are a guarantee when dealing with samples that are this large.

In fact, improving yourself is the only sure way you CAN improve the world. Live a good, principled life, and you will show others the way to improve. When enough people start walking the path, we'll see this narcissistic, attention-seeking, millenial behavior die off.

Here is my bodyweight routine:

3x15 - diamond push-ups

3x15 - stretched push-ups

3x10 - stretched pull-ups

3x20 - abs movement (the one to get the V)

1 min toning (abs)

I do that everyday except Sunday, I don't know where to go from here. I used to do nothing at all now that I do that, I have seen improvement but it already has plateau-ed.

What can I do to improve? I want to look like pic-related.

The best way to look like you're strong without actually being strong is to work on traps. Start doing shrugs. And wide grip pull ups

You wanna have a redpill? Basically everything you do is motivated by becoming happy, either conciously or unconciously. And what is one of the important things for becoming happy? Progress, i.e. positive change.

You find this progress everywhere, long term or short term. People addicted to Wow.. their char progresses. People seeing their kids grow up is progress... you find that everywhere. When you don't have progress, you have stagnation or even decline, but even stagnation is death in medical terms. When you body doesn't progress/change anymore (cells constantly deviding), then you are dead.

Thus, self-improvement is progress and therefore leads to happiness. You just have to find the right things in what you want to progress in. That's why jobs where you don't learn anything new after 2-3 years are utter hell... there is no progress anymore.

Currently, this progress is for me doing my PhD, getting my lifts up and reading lots of books (mostly history/WW2). You can do the most retarded shit, yet as long as you progress, it will make you happy.
