It's actually true, though. Africans essentially stopped evolving due to their lack of environmental pressure.
You had to be smart to survive outside of Africa.
In Africa, all you had to be able to do to survive was run and use extremely primitive tech like basic bows/spears. This was not the case for people trying to survive in Europe.
White mans penchant for innovation, creation, discovery, and long term planning was forged in the cold heart of European winters.
