After having devoured the entire 50 piece nugget meal, including a large fry, he opened his mouth expectantly before looking at you.

Aliens from the gamma quadrant come through and he helps save the one being hunted. Turns out dying in the hunt is a great honor and he'll be taken home in disgrace for surviving, so O'brien helps him escape and lets the hunt continue

When you think about it, the Federation has the sort of technology that if they chose to be completely ruthless they would probably control the whole quadrant.

Worf was an extremely good fighter/warrior but he never really showed any leadership skills beyond being a dick to people he outranked.
