You joke, but rural America has a serious problem with people either not having access to the internet or just plain not being able to afford any good connection because of monopolies making the shitty connections cost triple what a decent connection costs elsewhere. That's why Google has wanted to break into the market in the first place, all those people not using the internet is an untapped geode for them.
