MICHEL TEMER, the Lord Emperor of Brazil, WANTS TO CREATE THE "GLOBAL UNION", with almost all south american countries (Paraguay, Brazil, Argentine, Chile, Peru, Colombia), african countries (Botswana, South Africa, Ghana, Cote D'Ivoire, Namibia, Rwanda, Morocco), arab countries (Jordan, UAE), pacific countries (Malaysia) and the rest of BRICs (Russia and China). It would be an "economic, military and technological" union, with free-trade policies, a partership about a mutual help of armies (something like OTAN, but better and greater) and a political council to promove the general stability of the member-countries.
