I know you're Indian and everything, but I'm pretty sure you have it backwards. Dalit is a political term, Dravidian is an ethnolinguistic term. One's linguistic affinity is concordant with their race. That doesn't mean that there's no Dravidian blood in North India and Indo-Aryan in the South, but for the most part, Dravidians are in the South while Indo-Aryans are in the north. And yes, Dalits exist everywhere because it has nothing to do with race (well, it does, but not in principle). Gypsies may have been Dalit, ie. poor, but racially they are a predominantly Caucasian peoples from Hindustan, not Australoids from the south.

Yeah there is Dalit blood in present day Indo-Aryans. It is Dalit not Dravidian. There are Indo Aryans in South India also, and they speak a Dravidian language, and and therefore they are also called Dravidian. Dalit is political term just like African-American.
When Indo Aryans conquered the North India, they had imposed their language to their Dalit subjects. But they never conquered South India, but Instead Brahmins had migrated to South India for missionary work, i.e. to convert them to Vedic Hinduism and civilise them. To imress the inhabitants of South India and make more and more convert, they had adopted their local laguages and translated vedas into it, those local languages are now known as Dravidian language, and thse brahmins settled in South india, and their descendants are Indo-Aryans of south India.
