>Never worked >try to apply for a job >"list past work experiences" >dont have any >cant opt out or put N/A >Business References: (do not list relatives) (please indicate if you were employed under a different name) >dont know anyone
How am I expected to get a job again? This is like this every time I try to apply for a job online.
And yet people love to jump down my throat in saying that i need to get a job and how it is so easy to do it
Jeremiah Allen
just make some shit up
just be reasonable, you can pass as an office help or machine manipulator, not astronaut
Landon Rivera
Harass businesses. Like turn in an application, make sure to see and talk with the manager. Then go in a few days later and ask if they've looked at it. Then call a few days later, and so forth. Doesn't work? Try another.
Also tell all your friends you are looking for work, if they're working and find a job opening at their work, they can put in a good word for you.
I'm in the same boat as you but it isn't hopeless
Lucas Thompson
Get an entry-level position somewhere. A few months later, put out your resume, now using that entry-level position as "experience".
David Foster
Everyone I know is out of state, does that matter?
Christopher Perry
Maybe you can get a job as a nigger, youve got the excuse making part down
Connor Hall
>be teacher >guaranteed employment >literally cannot be fired unless i fiddle some kid >top tier salary
life is good lads
Nolan Stewart
>walk into place of business >ask if theyre hiring >if/when they try to hand you an application ask to speak to manager >explain situation to manager (no work experience, no people to reccomend you, new in town)
dress well, talk well, and groom yourself well.
places that go through 20 bottom of the barrel people (you) per month appreciate aptitude and a willingness to work.
Ryan Martinez
>applying to jobs online Are you retarted? just go to places of business and ask if they are hiring.
Nathaniel Lewis
You need a "Ausbildung" system like we have. Why? Well, american employers, whether conservative or liberal will prefer a german with a finished "Ausbildung" in the job over anyone else, because a german Ausbildung is pure quality and you can put it next to a university masters degree, just in a job that doesn't require a university degree. Let's say you are building cars and as owner of that company you can choose from someone who >"has some experience in working on my and friends cars as well as helping in a garage" or >"finished a 3 year standard strict "Ausbildung" in a german car company
They will usually pick the german with the Ausbildung because the guy doesn't even need any explanation, he knows everything and you won't have to worry about mistakes.
I never understood why they don't offer that as requirement in the US
Jace Sullivan
bro, sorry to say this but youre going to have to start at the bottom. find some min wage mcdonalds shit or even a paper route. something just to get resume filler.
Cameron Wilson
Every time I ask they always say to apply alone. I havent found a place that I can go to where I dont apply online.
If there are business still have people come to them for a job instead of always needing to apply online than I'll go for it again
Mason Nelson
>He didn't have summer/part time jobs in high school You brought this on yourself
Jonathan Diaz
If you are willing to relocate out of mom's house there are many many jobs out there, they just suck and take a lot hard work.
Work as a deck hand on a fishing boat, i will tell you first hand that JOB SUCKS but it pays pretty well. You might drown too but no job is perfect.
Jacob Williams
Are there no staffing agencies where you live? Where I live there are staffing agencys (some require work history and what not but some dont) that will just place you at any old shitty job.
Also, try things like for me locally, there is workforce services website, and there is a local tv station that everyone and their mom uses the classified ads. I got myself a job on their classififeds earlier this summer by typing in "lawn mowing" within 5 miles of zip code (I didnt have a car at the time) and just called EVERYONE that came up and had posted an opening in the last 2 months. I had 3 interviews set up, and then the last guy I called said I could start in the morning.
There is ways! Keep your head up user
Dominic Moore
Welcome to the modern world. If you had any sense about you you would walk into a construction temp agency and ask if they're looking for apprentices.
Ryder Ross
How about you beat your fucking feet and get to work. Stop being a whiney little bitch. Get a shitty hard working job and build some experience doing anything. The management position isn't just gonna fall in you lap. Fags like you are the reason we need paco to do these jobs because you think you're entitled to a nice job with zero experience.
Joseph Torres
>teacher >top tier salary
Carson Thomas
> Get a shitty hard working job and build some experience doing anything.
Will they just accept me with no work experience? I'd prefer a job with labor in it anyways over a desk job or having to talk to people.
Not that hard, talk to an agent and they'll find SOMETHING SOMEWHERE for you
Charles Roberts
They will. Just look up online your local classified ads or work agencies or whatever, and just start calling places and literally say "I WANT TO WORK, I LIKE LABOR" .. Do concrete or something. You would be able to start your own concrete company within 5 to 10 years if you truly like working hard and dont have your head in your ass
Kayden Wilson
I did 2 summers on a Salmon boat in Alaska a few years ago. I made 28k and 21k for about 3 months of work.
Robert Cruz
Don't ask me retard. Ask employers. Did mommy and daddy do everything for you? You could literally walk into a restaurant and ask if they need a dishwasher.
Nolan Jackson
This is why you're supposed to get a McJob in highschool. Then with that "customer service experience" more jobs like retail, best buy , call centers open up. You gotta start somewhere and keep moving up
Jeremiah King
Tbh if it is a shit job anyone can do just lie, I've done it many times. Most bosses are lazy to research if you have really worked somewere.
I work in a tech store, haven't worked in service or in any type of store before. The job ad said past service experience was mandatory. I just wrote on my résumé and in the letter that I've worked in retail before. Got an interview and got the job. They one who learned me how to do everything didn't take for granted that I've already had experiece, he learned me everything and I'm still working there/not had much problems.
Tbh just lie, you just win on it and stupid bosses who think their jobs and their employees are hot shit just get cucked out of inexperienced money.
Ryan King
Yeah because you're not a teacher in the USA. >work 50 + hours a week sometimes more >buy your own supplies for the students >pay for your own training But muh summers off! Yeah but but your not paid for that. Your not actually paid for any time off.
In america, there is literally zero incentive to be a teacher.
Colton Howard
I haven't had this problem for over a decade. I hope this is just a temporary stint and not turn into a place you see yourself dying unlike yours truly. I don't know how I made my interview at Walmart interesting, but at least I got out of fast food.
Robert Morales
Desperation reeks.
Samuel Parker
I worked on a factory ship for a summer, the worst job ever, but I made some good $$ But I can't eat Pollock for the rest of my life.
Gabriel Phillips
Just go in and ask to speak with the manager. WHY IS THIS SO FUCKING HARD?! If you don't come off as a fucking retard, and if they have an opening, you'll already look better than the lazy fucks who just fill out online applications, wait for the job to come to them. Online applications are sent through filters and most are sent directly to the trash.
Charles Robinson
that sounds like hell
Hunter Flores
You're aiming too high.
Cameron Wilson
>Just go in and ask to speak with the manager. And get told to apply online. I have done this a dozen times.
Parker Hughes
My parents told me to do this. The manager tells you to apply online.
They also told me to call back the place to see if they looked at my application. They basically tell you to fuck off.
Joshua James
>Business References: (do not list relatives) Find friend with business and put them down
Alternatively frequent a bar/pub, get friendly with staff and then get them to say you worked there
Robert Moore
How shitty is lancaster pa? Apparently there area lot of jobs out there
Aaron Richardson
I forgot to say you can just lie about it and on your resume. Entry level jobs won't care enough to check. If they ask for references i told them no because i don't want them getting calls from every place i apply. Lie about working at a restaurant or retail they won't check
Michael Morales
40k a year is still a lot of dough for somebody who gets literal months off at a time.
Aiden Rodriguez
>not paid for any time off God it's awful My father got four months of vacations and he's paid when he got time off
Jose Richardson

Lucas Anderson
You're surrounded by nogs! feelsbad.jpeg
Luis Nelson
Yeah, you spend your youth with a thumb up your ass, being useless drain on resources instead of metworking, part timing, free time group activities, relevant hobbies, and now you whine you don't have job.
Geez user, why not just join socialist club, you would fit right in. The barrel of a gun is also an option.
Gabriel Robinson
Anyone?
Owen Diaz
Yeah, I'm in your situation OP. Never worked before and now I can't get my feet in the door at any place.
Minimum wage jobs are impossible to get if you're white because you have to compete with hispanics and blacks. They have the advantage with the diversity and managers assume white people will leave the job in like 5 months while blacks and hispanics are more long term employees.
Jose Sanchez
Say you don't have a computer, it works for me. They always have a paper application laying around somewhere anyway.
Liam Thomas
It's bad when your spic coworker is getting nervous of the influx of niggers. I don't have a GED or anything so this is what I have to work with.
Asher Cruz
>Say you don't have a computer Might as well say you don't have indoor plumbing too.
Zachary Cox
Amazing filename.
Kevin Martinez
Have fun teaching basic German to 17yo rapefugees.
Joshua King
Not sure what it's like in America but in the UK modern apprenticeships are amazing for gaining enough skills to get into the working industry. Government funded training schemes are good too and can really get you far as well. Don't look down on a job, money is money and every bit helps, you will start off shit eventually and gain enough "experience" to work better jobs. Good luck user.
Jack Stewart
>apprenticeship >pay to be trained >pay to be drug tested
Isaiah Foster
You're just going to have to lie. Don't worry, everyone does it to a certain extent. Think of a business that closed recently in your area. Say you worked there. No way to verify it.
Aaron Brown
1. Mow some lawns for almost free and do a good job. 2. Get 2 or more respectable people as references who will say stuff like "worked hard, courteous". 3. Welcome to the world of normies now dedicate the rest of your life to making money for the jew world order
Joshua Ward
No wonder you can't find a job. You're obviously a massive fucking faggot. Not everyone had computers bought for them by mommy and daddy.
Nathaniel Watson
Confirmed have never tried that.
They just tell you to use a computer at the public library, which are free.
Liam Barnes
That looks like hell.
Ryan Jenkins
Protip: try volunteer work. Looks great on your CV
Landon Thomas
>just work for free for some months, live out of your car, it shows how desperate you are to work
Adrian Jackson
>be me >Join the National Guard after high school as an IT guy >Get a security clearance and a bunch of IT training >Come back, unit pays for me to get a bunch of IT certs >Apply for Help Desk job >They hire me as a network admin >I'm only 20 making 60k a year
Feels good man. Meanwhile my friend is a compact major anf can't even find unpaid internships. I told him to join the guard but he said he doesn't "want to be a baby killer"
Kek
William Smith
You morons do realize that when you tell people like OP they're fucked and it's their fault (even if true), you're pushing them to the left. You faggots would rather berate someone than help them. Which is why you will never be powerful.
Connor Gonzalez
You're not. They did that to make sure people like you couldn't even apply.
I feel it my man.
Dominic Anderson
I think the idea is that the person being berated gets so mad that they help themselves?
It doesn't work like that btw, it just makes them despise you and work against you.
Justin Miller
>it's a "walk into a shop and ask the manager for a job" edition
Jayden Moore
I know that feel. Just finished my CS MSc. I'm 28 now, 29 soon, never worked outside university. Got a job offer from the institute I worked at, but there's no way I'm staying in research/academia. No idea how I'm ever going to find a job outside of it though. I'm competing with guys who are five years younger than me and have more work experience. Fuck that shit.
Jose Wright
That security clearance is valuable as fuck. Companies will go old school and actually train you to do something as long as you have the clearance.
Jackson Baker
Whoops you didn't shake his hand, back to the drawing board!
Leo Campbell
I'm thinking about going into academia because I'm really not good with people...
Get onto the upper-tier benefit scheme.
Owen Jones
18 y/o neet here
Are mechanic apprenticeships easy to get? my only experience was working in one for work experience in highschool, they dealt with rolls Royce and other high end cars
Cameron Martin
>never worked >learned programming on the internet >try to apply for a job for the first time in my life >get hired as a developer
It isn't that hard tbqh
Robert Sanders
>he looks at your weirdly and doesn't shake your hand >"Yeah... you have to apply online. We only take application from online."
EVERY TIME
Ryder Cruz
lie you fucking imbecile
Gavin Bailey
For your kind, is always Marxism. I doubt you showed up at 5 am at the docks...
Henry Powell
>>pay to be drug tested So what mate? If you're taking drugs to fail these tests then maybe you should reconsider what you care most for. Especially if you're letting drugs control your life.
Or you could just embrace niggerhood and start drug dealing to all the junkie fucks that will happily accept that kind of shit.
Lincoln Gray
You'd still have to deal with people though. In that regard, it's really not much different than an office job. Even worse, you'd probably have to hold lectures as well.
Oliver Cook
Need advice on this, say with a finances/economics degree, no work experience, how screwed am I
Jason Parker
Not everyone is so cucked that they let their employer decide everything about their life.
Some of us have real jobs for adults.
Oliver Bell
You're probably only taking large corporations in to consideration when applying. I don't know what to tell you, sorry that it has never worked for you but it has for me. Keep blaming the places you're applying, surely there could never be a problem with the way you're presenting yourself.
Luke Green
This, so much fucking this. When I was working at the most prestigious retailer in Finland (Stockmann) young people came in almost daily to ask if we had any jobs open. Always had to respond that "You have to apply online, sorry". Fuck those boomers who send their kids out to stores to " ask for a job from a manager!" just to get their hopes crushed. I hate boomers so much
Adam Cooper
The only thing i want to say is that the job topic is a delicate matter and there's not an absolute answer like many want to show off. The working world is very complex and reflects the reality of where every user lives, and it's not just the country, but even the regions (Itay is a perfect example of it). For example in this thread: a german will "brag" about his perfectly fine job which is normal tier while ignoring the fact that in Germany, despite the cuckness, everything just works smoothly for all that concerns paycheck, work hours, contracts, respect for the law, respect for the employee, without exploiting a human being till he's desperate and is forced to either keep up with the slavery or starve. Just a few hundred kilometers away in UK you get literally paid by the minute, getting the money every week or two weeks straight to your bank account. On the other side instead, in Italy, we have a youth unemployment rate of almost 50%. Contracts are non-existant everything is done under the table. We'll never get a pension, we'll never be able to buy a house because we'll never be able to start a mutual. You either don't work and live by the day in extreme poverty or you work and you are a slave, accepting whatever illegitimate act gets thrown at you. Paychecks are usually given to you small bit by small bit and with huge delays. You get fed up with the bullshit? You can't live in any big city with 700 euro per month because it's simple impossible? No problem, Obaba Hassan gets your place, what are civilty standards anyways? This counts for working class jobs as for people with actual degrees. Europe is full of this immense gaps and i can only imagine the world. I'm aware I didnt explain properly, but it was only because we should not judge because in many places IT IS this hard to get a job. P.s. OP drop the online bullshit, nobody ever got anyware with that crap, follow the door to door policy other anons have recommended.
Zachary Ward
You know people who will vouch for you if you ask them to.
Ian Wood
It's really all about who you know, and who will take a chance on you. I got all of my (retail) jobs from forming personal relationships with the managers. Only 1 checked for my experience, but that so he could pay me more. Unless you're a full blown sperg or just generally unpleasant, someone will take a chance on you. Don't lose hope.
Grayson Hernandez
Not screwed at all, just make up some work experience.
Protips:
>Look for a company that has gone bankrupt/ stopped operations >Make up a job certificate for the said company (easy AF since there's no one around to verify your story)
>You just got hired
Ethan Edwards
But that's wrong though. You can continue to get a check over the summer or get a lump sum at the start. You're retarded if you think teachers are able to survive without getting paid for months. It's not great pay, I'll give you that though.
Source: Going to college to be a teacher and have asked several teachers about it.
Joshua Scott
Employers in the US and UK can't be bothered to offer training. I wish they did.
James Carter
I found a craigslist ad for a similar staffing agency on craigslist that fills Amazon warehouses. I literally just woke up one day after 5 years, "I don't want to be NEET anymore", took the bus to the "job interview", and got the job about a week later when they opened. Pretty shitty job, but I was surprised at how easy it was to find something. It was like being on autopilot.
Thomas Evans
You live near Akron Ohio?
Evan Lopez
>communism works
Colton Brown
They can be but its really down to location and demand. If you go to school still they are normally good at helping you start a MA that you would like most. I was lucky enough to start one with my local council after being a 16 year old droppout joining the army. Just went to college today as well and I've enjoyed it a lot. I hope this helps mate, I can give you more advice so feel free to ask away.
Brody Nguyen
Insomnia cookies a neet tier job you'll be fine. Why the fuck do you think the hiring process for somebody who does nothing but bakes fucking cookies for college students will be that selective? This is a pleb-tier job you don't need past work experience. Fucking retard.
Jack Rogers
Also, they never asked for my resume (which sucked) and this is probably true for a lot of jobs. It's kinda obvious when. They just want bodies, you could fail the drug test and they'll probably just throw out the results.
Camden Russell
You live in Columbus OH? There's an Insomnia Cookies near OSU and I don't think it's a chain. If you do live in Columbus, or any major city really, and own a car, look up one of the delivery services. Grubhub, Cafe Courier, Skipthedishes, Uber Eats, Shipt, Amazon Flex are some examples.
I work for Skipthedishes while going to school and there was no application process. I imagine it's the same for the other companies.
