It's historiclly not THAT accurate but my god, it is a fucking outstanding show! Just everything fits.
The only shitty part about it is that it's too short.

It's probably better if you have an understanding of the time period but even if you don't the show is excellent

I'm not American and I enjoyed it. I'd just wikipedia the people I had never heard about.

One of the very, very few intros I don't skip.

Dat George Washington inauguration scene...

One of the best pieces of television I've ever seen.

It was hard to not get goosebumps and teary eyes.

I just thought about your post and I wholeheartedly agree. Nothing came close to it.

>Stannis as Thomas Jefferson

pure kino

Stannis in Paris was great shit

>that part where he absolutely fucking BTFO Hamilton

K I N O

Will a Yuropeon understand this show?

Being European has nothing to do with understanding things. That's a matter of intelligence.

currently rewatching with my persian fiancee who only knows the big names in american history

she is really enjoying it. Casting, writing, costumes, everything is flawless.

The declaration signing scene hit me right in the feel

>why are they all dressed like clowns?
>my feet hurt
>don't they know Ben has like 5000 penis plagues?
>I could be at home right now disowning my son

>It's historiclly not THAT accurate

Really? Doesn't this kind of defeat the purpose?

>tfw can't watch clips on youtube without the comments full of Hamilton fags quoting their shitty musical

It's a historical drama, not a documentary.

History is what we make of it.

Kill yourself retard

That's exactly what he's asking

I didn't like it mostly because 1. Annoying wife
2. I don't like Paul Giammati's face

Unironically patrician kino

The acting is kino.
