I think it's one of the best movies ever made. Every time I watch it I love it more.
It's a motion picture.
You could argue that makes it kino.
It's on par with primer as far as top tier 2000's sci fi goes
Great atmosphere but the plot is kinda nonsense.
Inb4 brainlet
ALL
>the plot is kinda nonsense
It's not that the plot is nonsense. It just doesn't give you the information necessary to comprehend the plot.
Yes, & it's cool one DESU
True, what you say is more accurate. You shouldn't have to read loads of supplementary material online or whatever to understand the plot
AROUND
I always associate that flick with fedora-tippers.
ME
SOMETHING HAPPENS AND I'M HEAD OVER HEELS
Dull fedoracore flick with nothing to say.
>nothing to say
What I got from it is that everything happens for a reason. Donnie's death changed the course of their timeline drastically.
I don't know but its trash.
It might have not said much but it still told one hell of a story
how did they come up with that name? it's silly. like Edgar Edgyo or something.
You're a dull fedoracore dick with nothing to say.
...
The story is about the irony of fate. Donnie realizes that he must end his life in order to correct the timeline. At the same time he laughs knowing that his sacrifice will never be recognized and that it's all sort of a joke in the end.
Takeaway: The world is chaos in the end.
Yes, user. Yes it is
The director's cut does somewhat, showing you the key parts of the book Donnie is reading.
Yeah. It's worth a watch just for that but the theatrical is an objectively better film.
It's a great and unique movie. Ignore the contrarians that say this is only for edgy teenagers.
Chaos is a ladder
rolling
no it's either love or fear
Meh, when I watched it first time it felt like K-Pax with added pretenciousness.
>the plot is kinda nonsense.
watching the director's cut is highly recommended
Absolutely.
>dat tears for fears scene
Was he schizophernic?
