So how do 16,000 come to Germany each month? And why is the monthly intake so consistent? There hasn't ever been a period of 5 months in Germany in which the monthly intake hasn't fluctuated. Why now? Why is it 16,000 flat now?

If you don't trust the source, go to flightradar24 and track yourself between 12am-6am. Usually 8 flights to cologne from a single city in Turkey, 3 fo them leave within 5 minutes of one another (2 at at 0255 and one at 0300).
Inb4, "muh holidays," Turkey just had a coup, terrorism everywhere, yet flights to Germany from Turkey up 20% this year.
