in fairness, on a beach when it is 33 degrees, you are not in control of that environment. nor do you need protection (other than suncream) for a while to go swimming. or lie and soak up the rays. (personally, I never sunbathe more than half a hour a day, and I use sunblock on exposed skin when just walking about normally,, clothed in tee shirt and shorts and hat - don't want cancer, but I do sunbathe nude when possible
