There was another thread with alot of information about this a while ago, does someone have the screen shots?

Someone is dropping bills with religious/political/doomsday allusion artwork on them all over the U.S. and there is a countdown timer on the web. I think it is some viral marketing campaign for a movie to be honest.

It's obviously an ARG, why would anyone think different?

Ah, fair enough. That's about where I'd got to in terms of a conclusion having done some googling.

Revolutions don't tend to give ten day countdowns and cheeky clues in advance in my experience
