chemtrails actually do exist because a lot of cities have recently approved to spray mosquito killing chemicals all over. but some municipalities have been doing this for over a decade already. the problem is that it's a neurotoxin and those don't really discriminate too well on whether it's a mosquito being affected, or a human.
pyriproxyfen is a common one. just google your city and "mosquito abatement" or something like that and you might find it.
