>two characters calling
>screen is split in 2
>third character joins the call
>another panel appears on the screen
Two characters calling
>character uses online chat
>the response from the chat partner appears in less than a second
>and your OTHER caller
>and your other panel
> Character changes TV channels
> Image switches instantly with no lag
I've yet to see this happen in 2017
How else would it be conveyed you smartass
what? What do you use as a tv?
I started this meme
no that was me
not him but that literally does not happen with digital receivers. old analogue TV's could do it. obviously the cheapo shit is the slowest but even the top of the line TV's take ages to change channels ever since digitalization
>split screen call
>borders fade away
>they're stood next to each other
>character has to use the phone
>doesn't get sweaty hands and awkwardly stutter with a shivering voice while the other caller keeps asking him to repeat himself and to talk louder
>hey guys recommend me some films with a lovecraftian feel and a slice of lynch.
I really really hate this. It completely destroyed channel surfing, no one wants to wait 5 seconds to get to the next channel.
I love this though, esp when its used comedically.
>87794142
>Protagonist is telling another character gossip on the phone
>"But keep it between you and me!"
>number of panels grows exponentially as everyone calls two other people
>character calls another
>neither says hello
>two characters calling
>screen is split in 2
>one reaches around the split
I fucking love when this happens
My fucking shit freezes the video for a few seconds just opening the guide
and your other meme
