Hey man, I feel you. I spend a lot of my time writing and performing music. I really pride myself in my craft. Usually I spend about 2 hours a day either writing or playing music. It really helps.

I play a ton of video games too, but, music is a great outlet. Art is as well. Spend half a year working on something. You'll appreciate it and yourself.

For most of history children were just had out of necessity...and lack of birth control. It was just a normal part of life, if you had sex, you would often have kids. Now with birth control we can CHOOSE when to get pregnant so its a deliberate decision.
