I don't know how I let myself become such a degenerate NEET, Sup Forums.

I'm middle class, but I look like a bum, and I'm only 21.

How do I find the path to success?

I can't live with myself looking like this. And when you look like a loser, people treat you like one.

What should I do?

Please help me guys.

...

you literally posted zero useful information about yourself

Go to the gym, study, don't post on this gay board, etc.

I was neet to until I started applying for real jobs, now I have to leave in a half hour to go sit in a cubicle all day..sounds comfy but it isn't because I have so much social intereraction constantly with co-workers needing assistance and clients needing random shit.

best advice. this shit is addictive.

I failed college, i was self conscious bout my phsyqiue, had a lot of anxiety. Still have to some extent.

No need a Vision and slowley step up your game to reach it. Important points are looking at your Habits make good ones stronger and cut off Bad ones, enfroceing discipline and some things you like which you only give to yourself if you have done what was necessaryy

Exercise is the key. In any way you choose, but exercise is the key. Consistency in diet is important. As your energy increases everything else will fall into place. Thats the best advice I can give, it's helped me through low times

>i was self conscious bout my phsyqiue

based on that picture, if that is you, you are not short and you are a nice looking guy.

what is your ethnicity and where did you grow up and why are you so fucked up in the head.

France. I weighted 44kg for 180cm in HS.

>44kg for 180cm in HS.

hold on while I convert to american.

44kg = 97 lbs oops

180cm = 5' 1" which is not tall but it is fine.

being a skinny kid is fine. IT IS INFINITELY BETTER THAN BEING FAT.

as I said, I think you are nice looking with a dark complexion that many women adore, so get over yourself and act normal and people will like you.

FUCK. 5' 11", NOT 5' 1"

1. Cut your hair short.
2. Wear less baggy clothing.
3. Start counting calories, work out x3 a week, full body and gain 1 kg a month.
4. Always be clean shaven.

Every morning when you wake up, make a habit of using 1 hour to find out what you want to do with your life. Don't do anything else in that time.
When you find it, decide to be the best and spend 10k hours mastering it.

That's pretty much it.

what's wrong with your fingers? index middle and ring finger on your right hand look like they've been cut off and sewed back on

no offense to /fit/ but he does not need to waste time lifting unless he actually wants to.

and his hair is fine for his age. he's almost model level.

his problem is 100% inside his head. 100%.

Also, start eating 5-8 portions of fruits and veggies a day. Take 1 spoon on fish oil.

If you gain 1 kg a month, in 12 months you cut 2-3 kg a month, by reducing calories.

Eventually start running.

Read books to help yourself out. I've learned that million dollar ideas are found when you are trying to become a better person. Pick a topic to help you in any area of life and get reading.

He has self esteem issues, working on your body, while not letting it be the focus of ones life, is a great way to increase that.

Also, it's not a waste of time; it's what everyone should do to be healthy.

He's also underweight.

clean your look up?

cut your hair, shave, clean up, throw out shitty clothes, exit your comfort zone.

get a job in something you like doing. 21 was about whe i started getting into audio. find a job that is hand son in a field you like.

whatever you do, dont start pitying yourself.

That's the thing though, I have a really hard time eating. I'm usually at 2000kcal a day.

Step 1. Get off Sup Forums.
Step 2. Get a job.
Step 3. Either pursue higher education or find someone you like and imitate them (or get a mentor)

Step 1 probably the most important of the three.

so you eat 2,000,000 calories a day?

Solid Advice!

Lifting will take you higher!

Start eating every 3-4 hours. Set up an alarm.
When you don't feel like eating, drink your calories.
Find high cal foods you enjoy. Especially find drinks that are high in calories.
I drink half my calories myself.
Drink lots of water throughout the day, but drink as little as possible during the meal, AND don't drink water 1 hour before the meal.
You can also force feed yourself by making your food more wet, by eating it with a little water.

Be consistent. You'll feel a pressure when you're gaining weight, because of leptin. It can take a lot of time to get used to gaining weight, but it's possible, as I'm used to it now myself.

>Manlets.

Most people have minor issuses, but know how to Deal with them. He wil have to find his own way. Sadly School and Society are everything, but a help today.

Get out there and JOBHUNT. I did just a few months ago and now I'm making lotsa money, developing skills, making friends, and filling my resume.

>unironically asking Sup Forums
You've already failed and your thread is shit
also check these dubs

Kill yourself hardgainer scum

Not sure if man or woman.

Also, limit your activity level as much as possible. No walking places, etc.

When you're used to gaining, start running and walking.

You realitze Sup Forums is a melting pot for social outcasts and losers right? Why do you think this would be a good place to ask?

Bullshit speak for yourself

move out of egypt?

eating consistently and often really is key to getting your energy back. It feels counter productive at first, given the input energy to cook and the lethargy after eating, but long run it really helps

>You realitze Sup Forums is a melting pot for social outcasts and losers right
>projecting
gf, tall, cashed up and popular reporting in

inb4 john copypasta

definitely changed my life. Sadly, a head-on car crash has ruined my dreams of doing any competitive lifting. You never know what you have, til its gone..

Don't get a gf before you have enough money. Stop masturbating and watching porn. Don't sleep around, no point getting an STD. Don't marry.
Don't become an asshole when you're 'successful'. Stop giving a shit about what others think of you.
Start meditating.

When I say don't marry, I mean don't fall for the marrying scam.
Don't be with a black woman. Find woman who you trust to have your children.

Write out a plan for your life. Make and follow a to-do list every day.

>Write out a plan for your life
What could possibly go wrong?

I'm not sure what you mean by this.

I mean that nobody can possibly plan out their life and expect it to go as they planned

Of course. You change it over time. It's a track to run on.

Plan out every month and week in advance.

Hmmm write out a plan?
Day one: Yell at niggers on the internet.
Ummm, fuck, I'm out of ideas.

Then write out action steps.
1. Use an hour every morning, first thing, find my passion.
2. Find out what I need to learn.
3. Make a plan of study.

You don't need to change your whole life.

I was a NEET at 34 years old up until a year ago. I actually got married while a NEET. (rich family supports me).

Anyways, it became obvious I needed a solid career and fast. So I went to Trucking school, got my license, found a company that hired me and passes their training. Now I'm 5 months into the job doing long haul and I'm making 50k a year as a newbie. Since drivers are in such demand, I can bend the rules and schedule work around how I want it. The company bends over to my demands because they know they need to retain me. I'm a quality driver when I'm on duty and always get the deliveries done safely and efficiently.

Turn your life around and look into trucking. Demand is so high, jobs come looking for you!
