I had a friend of mine die of 2-CT-7. It's chemically related to MDMA, and MDMA has been studied and we know enough about it to say it's "somewhat" safe but risky to use as a street drug, can cause brain damage, and can kill if the user isn't hydrated enough and overheating.
2-CT-7? Less known about the safe doses.. easier to take too much and die from ecephalitis (what killed my friend, his brain literally swelling up in his skull and the pressure caused seizures and death).
