It has been translated several times, and arabic is not some magical language nor is it necessary to read the qur'an and sunnah in arabic, heck some of the biggest islamic nations in the world don't even speak arabic, but perhaps it's magic to them to be able to read since the majority of them are illiterate controlled by sheikhs and imams.
