Always Sunny still has pretty decent titles
but the titles of the episode are generally kind of forgettable since you only see them once in the episode. People remember event better than words so the name of an episode is easily forgotten unless it is a joke or something
Simpsons episode names are pretty bad since they're all just tangentially plot-related puns

season 1 is ok but it really gets good in season 2 when Danny DeVito shows up

Mike Scully's last few episodes (TPR, Children of a Lesser Clod, Homer the Moe, etc) are especially vile.

The Screamapillar is a treasure. The second half of that episode was mediocre, but the Screamapillar makes up for it.
