Why is Norm MacDonald so perfect?

Why is Norm MacDonald so perfect?

nu/tv/ hasn't liked the last couple episodes bc it didnt engage them w/ nonstop memes and holocaust jokes (the latter of which is why they tuned in) so they turned on him, last thread was a shit show

Did you watch the margarot cho episode? How can you honestly say that was funny?

doesnt matter if it wasnt funny
what matters to people like him is that he can epicly own drumpf supporters or whatever the fuck his shitposting objective is

It was a weak episode yeah, but the season's been great.

Are you the user who lost your shit last time and called everyone who still likes the show, "contrarians?" This should be good.

A few of the episodes have been okay, but it's definitely going downhill compared to earlier seasons.

He certainly likes Jews.

Jesus, dude. I’m sure Norm is very sorry that he offended you.

No people missed the jokes and shit like that. No one actually gives a shit about the business and other comedians lives and who the people being interviewed worked with during their career. They wanted Norm and the other person telling jokes and making us laugh. The Margaret Cho one was the first one that actually brought back the joke section this season. It wasnt as good as normal but at least it was still good. Though it was funny when Norm said his terrorist joke about the worst thing about millions being killed in a terrorist attack would be the backlash to muslims and it went over her head completely.

>No one actually gives a shit about the business and other comedians lives and who the people being interviewed worked with during their career.

Yes, many of us do. Norm's career has been filled with this kinda stuff, showbiz and comedy appreciation, stories, discussion same as Stern, Artie, Gilbert, Letterman, Seinfeld. His show's excelled at this kinda thing and still does. Wonder how you guys would have reacted to the Jack Carter episode if you were around back then.

Everyone thought it sucked too. The best episodes are the ones with Super Dave and Gilbert Godfried and the like.

I didn't like the carter episode because he was too out of it. But I loved the Reiner and King interviews.

>Stern

You must be fun at parties.

The Rich Little episode is the best one yet imo

Did anyone else notice he was shaking in the Caitlyn Jenner episode?

You think he's under threat of death to push the (((agenda)))?

More likely he has parkinsons or shakes from alcohol and drug abuse. Or both.

This season has been shit. I think Norm is taking it too seriously. Has one episode this season even come close to the Super Dave, Stephen Merchant or Andy Dick episodes? Nope no Norm can fuck off

It was honestly terrific all around. A wealth of knowledge and experience with tons of absolute legends, and Norm never looked more enthused and had as many questions. Little's impressions are actually amazing and he's sharp as hell for his age, able to keep up w/ Norm.

Agreed he was shockingly old and decrepit, but it was still fascinating, not unlike Edward Curtis photographing the mythic west before it was erased. Guys like him started before television.

I wanted him to ask about The Juice

the best episodes are andy dick and super dave, because norm is aware they don't give any fucks so norm can be as edgy/blue as possible.

for hader/merchant/cho he had to dial that way back because he knows they're sjws.

for letterman/seinfeld/little he had to dial that back even more because they are non-blue, and their audiences are non-blue, and norm also respects them as guests.

so thats why the new stuff isnt as funny. it's interesting but not funny.

Are you joking? The Merchant one is the best because he doesn't respect Merchant at all and tries to act like a senile uncle. It was the best because Merchant had no idea what do

agreed, their styles being diametrically opposed, under the thin veneer of congeniality made for a great watch

>In Hitler's Dog he says that he's 3 score and 12, that means he'd be 72
>tfw he's actually 57
>tfw it'd make sense if he mistook score for meaning 15 instead of 20
>tfw a whole portion of his set involved score and him knowing that it meant 20 years
Did he forget how old he was?

I respect Merchant for shutting up during the dirty harry joke. Almost all of Norms long jokes were on conan and that faggot loves hearing himself go "mhm" at the end of every sentence. unbearable

He never tries at all, it just comes out of him.

>agreed, their styles being diametrically opposed, under the thin veneer of congeniality made for a great watch

I tip my hat to you fellow Norman (:

The biggest issue with the new "season" is that the episodes were shown completely out of sequence. A few of them were shot well over a year ago. Norm just isn't the type of guy to commit to a normal weekly schedule like most podcasts.

>Merchant
>SJW
the fuck are you talking about?

And I, you, good sir. That's actually a pretty good name for Norm bros, did you just come up w/ that?

King episode is one of the best imo

Anyone know who else is left this season?

Robert Blake
Albert Fish
Conan O'Brien

I wonder if a certain Swedish German will appear in one of these. I think it would nice, trying to interview two people.
