If you want to know how to get as fat as possible, be sure to passively cram food into your face while doing other things so you're never paying the slightest attention to your intake. Don't take your meals at the dinner table without any distractions. This has the added bonus of making sure you leave plates and food containers all over the goddamn house so you can get a nice roach infestation going.
