Why is the FAMAS the go-to gun for bad guys in movies?
Why is the FAMAS the go-to gun for bad guys in movies?
>FAMAS
That's an anti-Jaffa rifle
Because it looks exotic and will likely be unfamiliar to non gunfags. This will have the added effect of making the bad guys seem more alien and therefore hostile by association.
that's the steyr AUG you mong
pic related is FAMAS
FAMAS
What does FAMAS stand for?
FAMAS has a mag on the bottom you dolt
That's a P90
That's a P-90. Btw, do people still play CoD4 Remastered? I'm thinking of renewing my PSN subscription.

that's a stanag mag doofus, an american clip
stanags go in nato assault rifles only e.g. m16s i.e. that's a M SIXTEEN
No it's a famas you fucking no gun
Why didn't the Jaffa adapt their strategy vs. SG teams, when they knew they would be facing them?
After SGC killed basically several million of them over the course of a couple years through various means, one might think that the Jaffa/Goa'uld(?) would take them more seriously.
We know that the jaffa have rapid fire energy weapons available, but they insist on using shitty staff weapons up until they are defeated completely. Shit, a single Jaffa with a knockoff P90 would have probably killed SG1 several times over, just with some full auto spray.
>m16
No, this is the civilian version, m4a1
oh my mistake user
it is the m4a1. M sixteens have the fully automatic switch on the side
>Stormin' Normandy beach
>pull out trusty side arm
>sidearm
>not a basket hilt
Idiot
I come from an island where pocket knives are banned, and even I know that's a Jackhammer
>driving the Muslim invaders from Spain
>pull out trusty sidearm
that's an AWP you retard
That's a P-90.
>try to turn a stupid gun meme thread into an awesome Stargate thread
>doesn't work
>Did he fire six shots or only five?
Churchill captured 20 odd German prisoners after 80% of his squad were killed by a German mortar team, instead of retreating he charged the position with his claymore and they surrendered. Churchill also has the last confirmed recorded longbow kill in war.
>FAMAS
pic unreleated
Automatic Rifle 15 shot clip
>good guy drops gun on floor
>it goes off and shoots the bad guy
>Why didn't the Jaffa adapt their strategy vs. SG teams, when they knew they would be facing them?
Apophis started to but he died
goaulds were smug af with stolen tech, probably couldnt adapt to new warfare , except for Baal and Apophis
>Shit, a single Jaffa with a knockoff P90 would have probably killed SG1 several times over, just with some full auto spray.
SG1 have plot armor.
Weren't the outskirt worlds deliberately given the lame-o staffs too so they couldn't turn against their masters as well?
>Apophis
i ment Anubis
The thing is humanity had to crawl its way up from sticks to swords to guns to tanks through centuries of constant warfare, the tech slowly but surely advancing, these guys had rayguns dropped in their laps and that was it.
*blocks your request for technological knowledge*
Why was Weir dating that Tollan guy?
Jaffa are really dumb.
Why the fuck would you ever need a tripod on that
I was actually thinking about buying a taurus revolver, maybe not.
Why not?
Both are, this is a Steyr AUG.
It is invisible?
Imagine the humiliation of getting killed by some tryhard with a longbow in the ww2 server

>tfw you pull out your trusty pump action jackhammer

Gould stealing and adapting gun and bullet technology would require a stupid amount of scientific research and infrastructure development that was just impractical for them
besides over the years they killed enough SG personnel to prove staff weapons weren't the issue
Absolute noob-gun, that's why dumb terrorists without skill prefer it
the problem with the Jaffa wasn't even technological, in many ways Gou'ld tech was far superior to modern human tech
the worst problem they faced was in tactics, Jaffa 90% of the time had no regard for their own survival and were basically fanatical canon fodder that just kept on throwing superior numbers at the SG teams to overwhelm them
probably the same reason IRL euro played at bullshit ceremonial warfare for like a thousand years instead of outfitting entire armies with horses, armour and real training
they were shit-scared of peasant revolution, so warfare technology and deployment basically halted at a point where it wouldn't threaten the elite too much if shit got out of hand
staff weapons are enough to manage the already-dominated worlds which is 99% of the jaffas' job.
considering what eventually happened, maybe not giving them real weapons was a good decision (not that it made a difference)

very effective bait.
well memed friendO
Why is the sniper character always either the quiet scary autist or the cheerful joker?
>clip
Marky Mark wasn't either of those in Shooter.
>Step it up. We expect quality on Sup Forums
